Easy and quick to use without bleaching tray on its own, or in combination with stronger products that are more appropriate with a tray but cannot access some areas. It does not burn or cause sensitivity for me at all. Another plus is that you don't need to rinse it - I often just put it on my teeth before going out.

This tooth whitener is easy to use and it does whiten teeth. You brush it on, wait to eat or drink for 30 minutes and you are done. The flavor isn't unpleasant. Do read all the directions so you understand what to do.
