I definitely saw a difference by day 3! The only down side is if it gets on your gums it will burn and give your gums patchy white spots.

Just starting using this kit. I'm starting to see a small change after 3 uses. I do recommend having a napkin handy as it makes you drowl. Lol. Looking forward to seeing the end results. So far I am happy with it. I have VERY sensitive teeth and there is no pain with this so that's a major plus!!

Can't use both top and bottom fitted pieces simultaneously but still appreciate having the option to use generic fit or self fitted. Strong peroxide with ok results but can burn gums.
