I used Zoom whitening years ago and got zingers that evening. I?ve used my retainer trays and gel bleach purchased from my dentist here and there since. This product definitely whitens your teeth. I'd just advise you apply the gel carefully and not too high on the tray or it will get on your gums and turn them white temporarily.

It's okay, not exactly as white as I wanted but I haven't done a bunch of days consistently like I'm supposed to. I have noticed a slight difference in shade so that's good. It gets a bit annoying during the later stages of time with all of the saliva build-up, but other than that it is really simple to use.
