The trays melt VERY quickly, so be wary of that. The time for molding in the directions made my first pair of trays melt completely so don?t hold them under for more than a couple seconds. I have noticed a difference in my teeth and for the money this kit works good. Great customer service.

The way to use the mouth guards are kind of confusing, I just use the ?practice? trays for when I whiten because the actual mouth guard is big

I?ve tried all whitening products including having the procedure done at my dentist. This product did show improvement after consistently using. I just believe I set my expectations to high. Even with the dentist whitening, I was expecting so much more results
