I used it for 5 days and did notice that my teeth looked whiter. It wasn't a major difference but enough that I will continue to use this product when I need more whitening.

I?ve had this for about a month and I noticed whiter teeth after just a few uses. I would recommend this to anyone else. The gel doesn?t taste to bad but the syringe sticks and too much product comes out at once.

I brought for my daughter, she had gotten her braces off and heard about the product, her teeth are pretty white, but she wanted to try the product, the product did make her teeth a bit whiter and she is satisfied. I probably would buy again.

Whitening treatment may be sensitive to some gums. This product hurt my gums but my friend tried it and the whitening treatment worked and didn?t bother her at all.

The way to use the mouth guards are kind of confusing, I just use the ?practice? trays for when I whiten because the actual mouth guard is big
