The uv light helps make it speedier, need to get used to doing it while awake rather than sleeping with custom trays. Recommend!

For the first few days everything worked great and my teeth were looking whiter. After about a week, the light would go off randomly when I move, even though the cable is plugged into my phone and the mouth piece, so I have to stay totally still while I use it.

I have only used 5 days for 15 minutes each day, and I can already tell a difference. My teeth are sensitive, and whitening can often make that much worse, so I only did 15 min sessions. I would recommend this product, especially for the price!,

I really like this thing. If you?re looking to have teeth that look like a sheet of bright white printer paper this probably isn?t for you.
