I definitely suggest this product. Its cheap so the results aren?t that quick but there are still results if you do it every night. A week into using it ive gone from a 5 to a 2 and a half so not bad.

This is a pretty good product. My teeth are sensitive, and this didn't hurt them much. This was after one 15 min then another 10 min treatment. After the first treatment I saw that the gel didn't cover my teeth fully so I used a tiny brush to paint the gel on the second time then put in the mouth trays. It has gotten some surface stains off so far.. I plan on using this for a week and then see how...

I have REALLY sensitive teeth, so I feel like I may be the exception here, but I wasn?t able to use this kit for the full recommended amount of time. Had to take breaks in between.
