I have only been using the pens for a few weeks but I can definitely see a difference in my teeth. Hopefully, after a few more uses, I will see even a bigger difference!

Not sure 30 seconds is long enough before closing mouth. I am just finishig up on first tube and will continue but haven't noticed a change yet.
