Easy to use, mint flavored, has some whitening capabilities. Dont have to leave trays or strips on for a while, just a quick paint and wait 1 min and done!

It does whiten, but the draw back is it makes your mouth water and doesn't taste the greatest. Thats the nature of the beast.
