I used this and saw a noticeable change right away. There was some sensitivity on the second day but nothing that was longlasting. For the price, I don't think you can get something better honestly. I think using the fitted mouthpiece that takes a few extra steps would be better though I didn't. I do like that there are a couple of options.

Decent taste and mouthfeel. Didn?t leave my teeth sensitive. Good for whitening touch up prior to a black tie event.

The taste isn?t great but you really shouldn?t notice it unless you are doing something wrong. This product does help whiten your teeth and you should see results in a few days!

Its great not to be fumbling with those strips. I prefer putting the whitening gel directly on my teeth and then putting the light mouth piece in, instead of putting the gel on the mouth piece first, so my gums don't get as irritated. Good product, will use again.
