I was a bit disappointed with the battery life. It doesn’t last as long as I expected based on the reviews. I have to charge it more often than I’d like. Also, the app sometimes crashes when I try to adjust the settings. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it can be annoying.

While this hearing aid works well, I wished the instructions were clearer on how to switch between sound modes. My grandma found it a bit tricky at first, and we had to figure it out together. It could use better labeling or a simpler way to know which mode it's on. Also, the charging case is a bit bulky for her purse. Overall, it does the job but could be improved with better user guidance.
