It's decent, but I wish the volume control was more intuitive. Sometimes I find myself fiddling with it trying to get the right setting. It's not a deal breaker, just a bit annoying. Other than that, it works as expected for basic hearing needs.

It works fine, but I wish it had a Bluetooth option. I miss having my phone connected sometimes, but it’s still easy to use. Just not what I was hoping for.

While it’s generally a good product, I wish the charging cable was a bit longer. It’s a bit inconvenient to find a spot where it can sit comfortably while charging overnight. Otherwise, it works just fine, but that small detail is a bit annoying.

While it works fine most of the time, I found the charging port a little awkward to use. It doesn't always connect properly, so you have to fiddle a bit to make sure it's charging. It's not a huge deal, but a bit annoying when you're in a hurry. The sound quality is decent, though, so I still use it daily.

It works okay but the sound modes can be a bit confusing to remember which is which. The manual is not very detailed, and I had some trouble getting it to fit comfortably at first. It does the job, but I feel like it could be more user-friendly in terms of switching modes.

While this hearing aid generally works well, the volume control button is a bit stiff and hard to adjust sometimes.
