The device works okay, but I wish it came with a manual that had bigger print. My dad has trouble reading the tiny instructions, and it took a bit longer to figure out which sound mode was which. It's a decent hearing aid, but this small oversight was a bit frustrating. Otherwise, it's comfortable and performs well.

While this hearing aid works well for my father, it does have a small downside. The button to switch sound modes is a bit stiff for his arthritic fingers, making it hard for him to change modes quickly. It’s not a deal-breaker, and he still uses it daily, but it’s something to consider for anyone with similar issues.

The hearing aid works okay, but I was a bit annoyed with the shipping. It took longer than expected to arrive. Once here, it did the job, but the instructions could be clearer. The app was a bit confusing at first too, but got used to it after a while.

The product works okay, but I had a problem with the setup. It was a bit more complicated than I expected, and the instructions weren't super clear. Also, sometimes it doesn't connect to my phone right away and I have to try a couple of times. Not terrible, just a tad frustrating.

While the product works well overall, I do have a small gripe. The battery life isn't quite as long as I expected it to be. I find myself charging it more often than I thought I would. Also, the app sometimes takes a bit longer to open than I'd like. Not deal-breakers, but a bit annoying.

It’s pretty okay, but I wish the modes were easier to switch. Sometimes I press the button and nothing happens, or I’m not sure which mode I’m in. Also, the charger could be better designed, like the cord is a bit short for my setup. Overall, it works, but could use some tweaks.
