The product works fine but the app sometimes glitches and it's a bit frustrating. I also wish it had more color options, as the current design is a bit bland. I hope they fix the app issues soon because otherwise, the hearing aids are great.

While the hearing aids themselves are decent, I find the app a bit confusing to navigate, especially for someone who isn't tech-savvy. It took me a while to figure out how to adjust the volume. Also, they sometimes feel a bit loose if I'm moving around too much. They're good, but not perfect.

The product itself works well, but the app can be a bit buggy sometimes and it's annoying when it crashes. Also, I wish the rechargeable case was smaller, it’s hard to fit in my small purse. Overall, it’s okay but not perfect.

Setup was easy, but navigating through the app for adjustments can get annoying. Also, I wish the volume control was more straightforward without having to always use my phone.

I think the product is good but had some issues with the app connecting to my phone at first. It took a while to figure out, and the troubleshooting online wasn’t very helpful. The hearing aid works well, but a smoother app experience would make it even better.

Honestly, these are decent but sometimes the app disconnects which is annoying. Also, the sound modes don't always adapt quickly, so I have to manually adjust in some situations. It's not a deal-breaker, but expected more for the price.
