The device works well for the most part, but I did get a bit frustrated with the Bluetooth connection at times. It occasionally takes several tries to pair with my phone, which can be annoying. Other than that, it’s okay, but I wish it was more seamless.

I mean, it's good mostly, but I expected the battery to last a bit longer. Sometimes I have to charge it more often than I'd like, especially when using Bluetooth a lot. Also, the app crashed on me once, which was annoying. Still way better than what I had before though.

It works alright but sometimes the Bluetooth connection drops unexpectedly which can be annoying. I wish the app was a bit more user-friendly too. Maybe it’s just me but it can be slow and not as intuitive as I expected. Would be better if it loaded faster, but still gets the job done once it's going.

They're good, but the app sometimes glitches on my old phone. A bit frustrating when it doesn’t connect properly. Also, the blue charging light is too bright at night; I wish it was dimmer. Other than these minor annoyances, it's okay.

I like the product overall, but switching the sound modes can be a bit of a hassle for me. I have to press the button several times to get it right, and sometimes it doesn't seem to change the sound all that much. I expected it to be a bit more intuitive.
