The device is great overall but sometimes the Bluetooth disconnects randomly which is annoying when I'm in the middle of a call. Wish it was a bit more stable, otherwise it's pretty good.

While this product works well overall, the app sometimes disconnects unexpectedly. It’s annoying when I’m trying to adjust the sound settings. Also, the case is bulkier than I expected, not ideal for small purses. The sound quality is good, but these minor issues make it less than perfect.

While the device works well, I wish the app was available on more devices. I'm using an older phone, and it's a bit slow to connect. Also, the instructions could be clearer for tech-challenged folks. It does help with hearing, but the tech side is a bit frustrating.

It's okay, but I wish there was more user documentation provided. It took me a while to figure out all the features by myself. Also, the battery drained faster than I expected, which was a bit annoying since I had to replace it sooner than I thought. Would be great if the manufacturer included a spare battery or more detailed instructions.

While the sound quality is good, I had some troubles with the initial setup. The instructions weren't very clear, and it took a few tries to get it working. Also, the app crashed a couple of times on my phone which was annoying. Once it's working, it's fine, but getting there was frustrating.

I like the hearing aid overall, but the app can be a bit glitchy sometimes. It occasionally freezes when I'm trying to change the settings, which can be annoying when I'm in a hurry. It doesn't happen too often, but when it does, it's frustrating.

I wanted to love this, but the charging case is bulkier than I expected. It's not a huge deal, but it doesn't fit nicely in my pocket when I'm on the go.
