It's a decent product, but I find the Bluetooth setup process a bit annoying. Sometimes it won't connect right away, and I have to restart my phone. This is a little frustrating, especially when I'm in a hurry. The app is fine, but could be more user-friendly for non-techy people like me.

While the product works pretty well, I found the app a bit glitchy at times. It crashed twice when I tried to change the sound mode, which was annoying. Also, the instructions could be clearer for those of us who aren't tech-savvy. Once I got it all figured out, it was okay, but the initial setup took longer than expected.

The product works fine but I find the display a bit too bright at times, especially in the dark. Also, it’s not very intuitive to navigate through the settings. It gets the job done, but a bit more user-friendliness would be appreciated.

The product works well, but I find it a bit tricky to change the sound modes. Sometimes it takes multiple tries on the app to switch from Music Mode to Outdoor Mode. Also, the Bluetooth connection occasionally cuts out, which can be annoying during calls. It's not a deal-breaker, but it could be improved.

This thermometer works well, but I wish the beep sound was a little quieter. It wakes my baby up sometimes when checking her temperature at night.

The device works fine, but I'm not thrilled with how long it takes to sync up sometimes. I have to keep restarting the app, which can be annoying when I'm in a hurry. Also, the instructions weren’t very clear, so I had to figure out a lot on my own. Not a huge fan of that part.
