While these hearing aids work well, I found the app a bit tricky to navigate at first. Took me a while to get the hang of switching modes. Also, the charging case is bulky for my tiny purse. But overall, the sound quality is good.

The thermometer works fine, but I wish the instructions were clearer. It took me a bit to figure out how to change the modes. It's not super intuitive and I had to watch a YouTube video to fully understand it.

The product works okay, but I found the touchscreen a bit too sensitive. Sometimes it changes settings with the slightest touch, which can be annoying when you're trying to relax. Also, the instructions could be clearer, took me a while to get the hang of it. Not bad, just some small annoyances.
