Pros: Small and compact.Cons: None yet; sceptical how it reads the data as it pumps high, suddenly stops pumping and immediately displays a lower number. This may be normal for the unit but not based on my past experiences with other units.

This is a well made, high quality cuff-type Blood Pressure monitor for home use. Especially for the price. The fit and finish is better than ithers I have used. It actually feels like a solidly built unit (heavier than others I've used--my guess is that relates to the pumping unit being of higher quality) and the large, bright backlit LED display is great for older eyes. The only reason I didn...

Oxiline Pro Series 500DL works well and captures the result quickly. The product is well made for non-medical personnel. I am not so sure about the accuracy though - my spouse is medical personnel and questioned about the oxygen level.

We have used this monitor for about one month now with no problems. Ease of use and functionality is terrific. Design is simplistic and intuitive. It features memory for 2 uses storing the past 10 readings only. We were curious about the accuracy so we compared it to friends' monitors as well as our physicians blood pressure monitor. The readings were perfectly accurate. The single caveat I have i...

Bought this for peace of mind during COVID and for adding to a first aid trauma kit. I work in medicine and wouldn???t trust this to give me a true pulse oximetry reading, but it???s decent at giving an O2 reading to let you know if you???re ranging into hypoxia. It???s fine for home use. If you have COPD or another hypoxia-inducing condition, ask your healthcare provider to recommend a good one f...

First, I have only had the 500DL for a few days and I don???t have a way to directly evaluate it???s accuracy. I do find it simple to use and easy to read the display. As far as the accuracy goes, I plan to take it with me to my next doctors visit so I can compare the 500DL with the doc???s equipment. However, I don???t have any upcoming appointments and hope not to have any for a while! I am ...

The readings are consistent, but higher than at my Doctor's office at times. The readings are most likely correct since I take them at different times and I shouldn't expect them to be in the same range. I take 3 or 4 readings to be sure and record them daily. I would buy this again. The cuff gets very tight even if I fit it loosely.

I bought this for my wife who has COVID19. We could not get a reading off her fingers. The instruction manual notes: "Nail polish can also impede the pulse oximeter from taking a reading." Now what? We desperately needed to know her blood oxygen level to know how much the virus was affecting lung function. Only solution - remove the nail polish.
