Looks and feels professional, however instructions are very poor... appears written by an Asian version of Google translate. Graphics are equally poor. My suggestion? I really like this product. The batteries last a REALLY long time and it's very accurate. I like that it keep a history for two different people with time and date stamp. I don't like that it doesn't have a smaller battery inside that keeps it from completely losing all the data if you have to change the battery. Overall this is a great product fro the price - professional units with good absolute accuracy are many $100s. This works for the purpose I wanted. It gives a reading in a couple seconds but you need to keep it on for 10-20 seconds as it averages multiple readings and gets better accuracy.
