As soon as I put the batteries in this instrument it gave me good readings that I need for general health and to help combat and diagnose Covid 19. I think that most older persons should have access to an instrument like this to check breathing and physical exertion blood oxygen.

Great little unit. Works fast. Very accurate. Gives pulse patterns, too. After about forty-five seconds the unit shuts itself off, preserving the two triple-A batteries. Bright, colorful screen. Not too busy. Smallish though, I do have to wear glasses. Great unit.

Very easy to use. Appears to be fairly accurate. Only drawback is sometimes it doesn't sync with the app, but that's an easy fix.

I don???t know how it would be possible to comment on accuracy... what would I compare it to? But it seems to work like my family doc???s....I also think a pulse/Oximiter is an important item to have on hand during the current COVID19 pandemic. Especially after hearing about people walking into the ER feeling ???just a little bit off??? yet finding out their saturated O2 should have been clinical...

Unit appears well made and gets reading quickly. Pulse rate is accurate, but did not have anything to check oxygen level for accuracy. Mine runs around 95% so I'm guessing it is right.

I haven???t really used it, but a renowned specialist at a major hospital sent the link on a community chat. He said that it could keep us out of the hospital because we could check ourselves. He also said that we should take it with us if we did get hospitalized. It???s cheap insurance.
