I wanted something easy to read and accurate that didn't pinch. The display is in red, push one button, wait a few seconds and SP02 and pulse in nice size letters. It has a silicone boot you can put on it so it doesn't get wet. I haven't changed the battery yet. It would be nice if it had a USB charging port but its not necessary.
