While overall the hearing aids work well, I find the app a bit too complex at times. It's not super intuitive for someone who isn't great with technology. Setup was easy, but navigating through the app for adjustments can get annoying. Also, I wish the volume control was more straightforward without having to always use my phone.

The product is mostly fine, but the app sometimes crashes on my older phone. It’s a bit frustrating having to reopen it frequently. Other than that, sound quality's good and the device is comfy, but please fix the app!

The device works fine but I wish the app was more intuitive. It took me a while to figure out how to navigate all the features, and sometimes the Bluetooth connection drops unexpectedly. Not a huge deal, but it could be smoother.

While the hearing aids themselves are decent, I find the app a bit confusing to navigate, especially for someone who isn't tech-savvy. It took me a while to figure out how to adjust the volume. Also, they sometimes feel a bit loose if I'm moving around too much. They're good, but not perfect.
