While this device is easy to use, I found that the sound modes weren't as distinct as I hoped. Also, the charging case is a bit bulky for travel. It's okay for home use, but I wish it was more compact for when I'm on the go.

The product works okay, but I had a problem with the setup. It was a bit more complicated than I expected, and the instructions weren't super clear. Also, sometimes it doesn't connect to my phone right away and I have to try a couple of times. Not terrible, just a tad frustrating.

While this hearing aid works well for my father, it does have a small downside. The button to switch sound modes is a bit stiff for his arthritic fingers, making it hard for him to change modes quickly. It’s not a deal-breaker, and he still uses it daily, but it’s something to consider for anyone with similar issues.

The device works okay, but I wish it came with a manual that had bigger print. My dad has trouble reading the tiny instructions, and it took a bit longer to figure out which sound mode was which. The device works just fine, but I wish it came in more colors. It only seems to come in beige, which isn't my style. Also, the manual was a bit hard to follow, could use simpler instructions. It’s not a huge deal since it’s easy to use, but it would have been nice to have clearer guidance from the start. Other than that, it functions well.
