After I ordered the unit it did take a couple of weeks to be shipped. I called customer service twice regarding my order. Everytime I called they were knowledgeable and very nice. Once I did receive it the unit is easy to set up and accurate. I have tried other units that have not been this accurate. I'm glad I made this purchase and would recommend to others.

Meter works well and easy to use. I wanted a new meter that would link with my phone and keep track of my blood sugar levels. This meter will not link with my iPhone 14 Pro.

I need to check my client’s blood pressure before beginning a treatment session with ketamine. The cuff lets me get the information I need and incidentally is easy to use, unlike standard cuff. Only drawback is the awkward recharge needing a usb port instead of a power outlet!

Hmm. Where do I begin? I read other reviews in which people stated they can get off and on the scale and weigh the same. Not mine! Also, the first time I used it the heart rate displayed in 10 seconds. Now, I have to wait and wait for it to register. Wish the app was able to allow the user to have more control over correcting data. All in all, who knows how accurate these scales truly ar...

The device is not free of little glitches here and there but it is more accurate, especially diastolic pressure numbers. My major quibble is the size of the cuff. I am 6'1" male and it is way too large. I wonder if I really got a standard cuff?

I had my EMT granddaughter check the monitor against her manual cuff. They agreed within 1mm hg. Great - but - I have an unusually low heart rate and sometimes the monitor just reads "LO". I need to know my BP even when I have a slow pulse. This monitor won't do it.

Like the scale very much. Nice design, and accurate. I agree with the app issues others have mentioned, it is a small glitch that at times requires you to turn your phone off and back on and then the app connects.

The scale is accurate and very sleek. Customer service was very quick to respond to me, and shipping was very fast. My only grievance is the app never works for me. It always says Bluetooth isn't connected, when everything is set up properly. The scale is advertised with the ability to sync and use the app, so it is frustrating it never works.
