Have not cross-checked accuracy, but am a bit disappointed in the difficulty my wife has in getting a reading. Tried multiple fingers/multiple times and it is hit or miss on getting it to read anything.

I purchased this device due to the accuracy of the blood pressure readings, the WIFI connectivity and the multiple user profiles. I'm very happy with the unit and the functionality and features. However, I would have rated it with 5 stars, but the only issue I have is that I have 17" arms and the XL cuff provided with the unit measures 16.5. I wish there was an XXL cuff option. Also, for the price...

I would have given this a five star rating but with their customer service is very much lacking to be helpful. This device is GREAT but as said the customer service lacks prompt help. Repeated calls to check on the status & delivery and when phone was answered, I was only told the product was not a stock item and would ship as soon as it was in stock. Even tho when ordered it shows "IN STOCK" ITE...

Good blood pressure monitor, the only problem is bluetooth connectivity implementation that only sends single reading and only while the phone app is open and measurement is finished. it should be able to synch all readings between the phone and the device.

I ordered the Pulse 7 Pro but I received the Pulse 9 Pro. The machine is my 3rd BP machine, all from different manufacturers. This Pulse 9 Pro works well and seems to agree, for the most part, with my doctors office BP monitor. I seem to get a hi initial pressure when using at home on the first reading but subsequent pressure readings drop 15 to 20 from initial reading, measuring in both arms a...

I'm pleased with the scale itself. Unlike the scale I replaced with it, it seems to give the same reading regardless of whether or not you stand in the same exact spot. The only complaint I have is that the bluetooth hookups are random; it might hookup immediately every day for a week and then not hookup at all for a week. That's annoying, but I can put the reading in manually and still have a ...

I appreciate the accuracy of the monitor and the fact that it can send data to the MedM Health app. Saving to an app was the reason I bought a new monitor. It just makes it easy to hand a report to your doctor. I was disappointed though, that the app actually has to be up and running in order for the data to transfer. If you forget to open the app and take a reading with the monitor, that reading ...

Even though I believe I have overpaid, since I do not need the connectivity part, I really needed an accurate monitor. Yours was highly rated for accuracy. My blood pressure has been a serious issue for me since having heart surgery, and it is important for me to know my correct blood pressure. This monitor checks out with my doctor's office as pretty accurate. Also, I did get a very good sale pri...
