I thought this product would be perfect, but the Bluetooth cuts out now and then. It's frustrating, especially during calls. The app is nice but a bit confusing at first. Not a deal breaker, but I expected better for the price.

Maybe it's just me, but I found the app a bit confusing. I struggled to get the settings right at first, and the instructions weren't very clear. Also, the Bluetooth sometimes gets a bit glitchy, so my music cuts out randomly, which is annoying when I'm in the groove.

I find the sound modes a bit confusing. Sometimes when I switch, it doesn't feel much different. Also, the cases are kind of bulky to carry around. It's not a bad product, just not as convenient as I hoped.
