While the device does a decent job at improving sound quality, I find the Bluetooth connection a bit spotty at times, and it sometimes takes longer to connect than I’d like. I also wish the app was a bit more user-friendly—took me a while to figure everything out. It’s not a dealbreaker, but kind of annoying.

While it's mostly okay, the app sometimes glitches and doesn't let me adjust the volume. It’s a bit frustrating to have to restart my phone to fix it. Also, the case is a bit bulky to carry around. Wish it was more compact.

The Bluetooth connectivity sometimes cuts out, which is super frustrating when I’m in the middle of a call or watching a show. Also, while the design is discreet, I wish there were more color options to choose from. It's okay, but not perfect.
