I gave a 4-star rating overall because this product would be better if it came with a carrying case. The packaging is very nice and the instrument is definitely safe inside, however, getting the device out of it's box and protective packaging every time I want to use it is a bit cumbersome. I'm still deciding how accurate it is. My numbers on oxygen seem lower than measures from my doctors office but the situations were different. I'll being it to my next appointment so I can check them side by side.

Bought it for my 98 year old mom to monitor her O2 level. Works well, sometimes it doesn't like her finger placement and if it is in bright sunlight it won't read her levels but it will mine. Being older her skin is thinner and I think that has something to do with it. As long as she isn't in her favorite chair at high noon it works fine. Seems to give very similar results to what her Doctor gets ...

I got this for my daughter with asthma so we can check her if she has an attack, it works perfect and it is so easy to use you cannot mess it up, put your finger in - turn it on (that's it).
