The item was very easy to use and display easy to read. There is an ON button but the unit times out to turn off. Would liked to ability to turn it off manually. Instruction book writing was a bit small. Would have like to have a more information on the acceptable ranges of oxygen saturation (i.e. 95-100% normal) and possibly issues for percentages that are lower. This does exactly what I need it to. With the app I can use this to keep an ongoing log for as long as I need. It records the measurements at 30 second intervals. The app was tricky to get registered (I think I had to cancel then try again) but after I got it registered and was able to login it has worked just fine. The monitor itself has an easy to read screen and just a single button to turn on....

Don't really know how to test the accuracy of oxygen level, but tested pulse bpm against 3 other sources and it was right on.

Usage instructions are well written and easy to understand. Even with arthritic hands, I had no trouble using the oximeter. The large digital display is easy to read. Unit is small and does not take up a lot of space. My husband has asthma and heart disease. Got this for my dad who has been having shortness of breath/dizziness while walking. It's been good to look at it and see where he's at.
