The product itself works fine, but I find the app a bit confusing to navigate. It took me longer than expected to figure out how to change the settings, and the instructions weren’t very clear. Also, while the design is discreet, I wish there were more color options to choose from. It's not a big deal but still, would be nice.

I really wanted to love these but the app sometimes crashes and it's a bit annoying. Also, it would be nice if they came in more colors. The performance is good, but these small issues hold it back for me.

While the sound quality is good, I was disappointed with the app. Had trouble connecting it at first, and support wasn’t as helpful as I hoped. Also, the ear tips, even with different sizes, don’t fit as comfortably as I expected.

I like the product but the app sometimes glitches and doesn't save my settings. It's kind of annoying to reset everything after it. Also, the charging case is a bit bulky for my small purse. Works well otherwise, though!

I got this thinking it would be a great help, but the battery life is really disappointing. It barely lasts through a couple of sessions before needing a recharge. Also, the instructions are kind of confusing, and I expected more at this price point. It does work, but with these small issues, I find myself using it less than I thought I would.

The device itself is fine, but I found the app a bit buggy. Sometimes it takes forever to sync my data and one time it deleted a whole week's worth of info. The customer service said they're working on a fix, but it's frustrating. I hope they update it soon because I need reliable tracking.
