I wish the battery lasted longer between charges. It's frustrating to have it die in the middle of a call sometimes. And while it works well in quiet places, noisy environments can still be challenging. I also found the app a bit clunky at times. While it’s improved my hearing slightly, it’s not as revolutionary as I hoped.

The device works fine, but I found the app to be a bit glitchy at times. Sometimes it doesn't sync properly with my phone, which can be frustrating. I wish the interface was a bit more polished, and the instructions could be clearer too. It's okay, but not perfect.

While the sound quality is decent, I found the battery life less than satisfactory. It doesn't last as long as I expected, requiring frequent charging. Also, the app was a bit glitchy on my phone. It's a good product but these issues were annoying.

It's mostly good, but I had trouble with the Bluetooth connecting sometimes. Also, wish the battery lasted just a bit longer. It's a bit annoying when I have to recharge mid-day occasionally.

The strips and lancets are fine, but the packaging was all squished when it arrived. I know it doesn't change how they work, but it still annoyed me. Also, I wish there were more color options for the lancets, just saying.

I wish it came with different color options. The beige is a bit too noticeable for my liking, and I feel self-conscious wearing it. It’s a shame because the functionality is good, but aesthetics matter to me too.
