The product is good, but I wish the battery lasted a bit longer. It’s annoying to have to charge them halfway through my day sometimes. Also, the app crashed once. Hope they fix that soon. Otherwise, they're fine.

The device works fine but I had a bit of trouble setting up the Bluetooth. Also, it would be nice if it had a rechargeable battery instead of relying on AAA batteries sometimes.

The product works well, but I'm not a fan of the charging case. It feels a bit flimsy, and I sometimes struggle to get the hearing aids to fit in just right. Also, the app is mostly good but crashed a couple of times. Otherwise, it's alright for the price.

The device works fine, but I was annoyed at how long the setup took. The app isn’t as intuitive as I hoped, took me a while to figure it out. Also, I wish there was more guidance on how to interpret the data. It’s a bit frustrating, but the actual device is okay once you get it going.

While I find the hearing aids generally useful, I’m a bit annoyed by the app sometimes. It can be slow or crash, which is frustrating when I’m trying to adjust the volume quickly. Also, though the design is discreet, I find the ear tips a tad uncomfortable after wearing them all day.
