While the sound clarity is good, I found the device a bit tricky to fit in my ears. Took me a while to get used to the feel, but now it’s better. I also wish the app had more detailed instructions for beginners. It works well once you get the hang of it, but it wasn’t intuitive at first.

I was excited about this monitor, but the cuff is sometimes tricky to get right, like it takes multiple attempts to get it snug enough without being too tight. Also, switching between users isn't as smooth as I hoped. It’s a decent product but could be improved for ease of use.

The BPM works okay, but I wish it came with a power adapter. Batteries drain too fast, and buying new ones is annoying.
