The device works, but I find the cable to be annoyingly too long. It gets tangled easily when I'm trying to use it in bed, which really defeats the purpose of comfort.

The device works okay for hearing, but the Bluetooth seems to disconnect sometimes, which is annoying when watching TV. I also wish the case was easier to open; it can be a bit tricky with my arthritis.

While the sound quality is good, the app sometimes crashes on my phone, which can be frustrating. Also, wish the instructions were clearer, as I had a bit of a hard time understanding the initial setup. Once it’s set up, though, it’s okay. Just not as smooth as I hoped for the price.

The device works okay, but I found the buttons too hard to press, especially for someone with arthritis. Also, I wish the cable was longer, feels like I'm always too close to the wall when charging it. It's a decent product, but these small issues make it frustrating at times.

The device does work, but I find it too plastic-y for the price. It feels like it might break if I drop it. Also, the beeping noise is a bit annoying when taking a reading. Not a huge deal, but expected better quality.
