My experience buying and using this plug-in has been very positive. I'm re-learning web technology, after peaking in the days before CSS, but this was easy to set up, and even to customize. When I got stuck, I emailed support late at night, and had a clear answer in the morning. I wasn't able to do quite everything I hoped with my upsell itself, but the plug-in and support have both been great!
