I actually teach rope bowl making at my local quilt shop and each of my students purchased this pattern and we made the parkway Bowl in class. I went a step further and make the bowl using 3 colors of rope….red, natural & blue.

First, the color is just exquisite. It’s so soothing and beautiful and it lends itself to a lot of different color, matches and designs. I was really happy with the basket that I made with it.

The sea foam rope was just fabulous. The thread that you matched to it was a perfect match. I made a blue Ridge Mountain bag and wrapped some of the rope with a boutique fabric that have the same color in it. The rope handles beautifully as does the thread. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the new bag.

I’ve ordered rope twice thus far. It was received very quickly and I love the rope AND the colors. BUT..it is now 5:24 AM on 5/5/24 and you are “SOLD OUT “ of the Rope Kit!! I just opened my email and cannot order the kit. What’s wrong with that picture ??
