The service is pretty great and for the most part I haven't had trouble communicating with someone when I need help. Some areas I would like to see improve include rating multiple products at once instead of multiple emails, being able to send a test email to yourself to see what the customer sees, the Arr states it's after purchase, but it's after fulfillment date, better accessibility and usabil...
