Unfortunately the capsules had no effect whatsoever - maybe they were too old? I took 2g the first time, then 3g the second.

it was shipped very fast and is discreet which are awesome! only reason im rating it 1 star is because it did not work with me, even when i took 3 at once. could just be my high tolerance though!
