I've both elevated my mood and energy levels and cut anxiety and appetite after starting a regular dosage. The combination of 100, 200, and 500mg options also allowed me to titrate up to optimal dosage. Most days I take 300mg with no psychoactive impact. I can’t imagine how this could be possible but it was exactly what I was hoping/looking for. I’m genuinely surprised at how well they worked and how strong they were. Only 2 gave me a pretty great experience. Hiked up a mountain, looked at the city and the ocean, felt connected to everything. Can’t get much better than that.
