I really enjoy the 500mg micro dose capsules. They are great to take with you ( won’t melt like the chocolates in warm months). When I take just one I can feel a slight difference in my mood and cognitive thinking increase. When I can 2-3 I feel more like myself. No complaints here. The 100mg capsules are perfect for me. They relax and calm me. My stress levels drop. I plan on buying more in the future.. The package was promptly Shipped and delivered. I should add that I was diagnosed with PTSD many years ago and these mushrooms really eliminate that problem. I highly recommend it for PTSD
