Microdosing has helped me to become more mindful and to appreciate the present moment. I feel more connected to my senses and to the world around me. I also find that microdosing helps me to be more patient and understanding.

I have been tryi ng to drink less honestly for health reasons and after doing some research it kind of looks like mushrooms are good for healthj if anything and now I go out on a couple of hundred mg and hava a blas.
