I’ve been interested in micro dosing for a while. It’s been 3 weeks and something feels different, like I am able to make connections better, see myself differently, and feel more embodied. I’ve been looking for more holistic healing approaches since therapy and meds can only help so much- I’m so glad that these are accessible.

I’ve ordered from mind mend a few times and Vanessa has went above and beyond my expectations with customer service.. I got the chocolate hearts and and the capsules I’ve been micro dosing for about 3 weeks now and I notice a difference in my mood , I jjust wake up happy, and my mind focus is better. Got the 500mg capsule and the chocolate hearts. Both amazing! Capsules are for a smaller dose. I really liked them and they are a great option for beginners. Smooth and happy feeling.
