A great 'away from it all' experience. I agree with everything Ed writes here; and we found a very friendly welcome in the clubhouse, and good, well-priced food. The course was virtually deserted, on a fair summer's day. Really enjoyed this course. The front 9 was tough, but very enjoyable. The back 9 had lovely golf holes. Greens were tremendous, very quick and true. Look forward to returning to the course.

Trevose oversells itself....the course condition is average and the greens are in poor condition for a Links Course. Played in a big charity day last month and the Entry Fee (£70) included a meal. Frozen chicken breast that was only partially cooked and inedible. Thankfully, the Charity benefited, but we won't be returning next year.

Best views of any course I’ve ever played. Back nine got a bit messy with loads of blind and short holes but that’s part of link. Staff were amazing.

A must play if in Dorset Played in their Senior Open in early August 2021 and we were blessed with light winds and 23° temp. Very undulating track with some stunning golf holes. The 5th will live long in the memory with spectacular views across The Solent with The Needles clearly in view. Fairways were patchy as sadly they have had leatherjackets visiting. Played Mach Dunes in late September 2020. The Starter was very helpful in explaining the layout of the course, but even so we did have trouble playing the 17th. This was probably one of the hardest links courses I have played - some blind shots, undulating fairways and greens plus huge dunes. Quite a long walk but a real challenging golfing experience.
