I was a bit nervous about the needles hurting, but as long as you apply gentle pressure and just get your scalp a little red, it’s not that bad… honestly, it’s manageable! ;) The real difference comes when you use the dermaroller with Biogaine. It does feel prickly the first time you use it but after a few goes you get used to it. I apply maxoxidil straight after and it always feels like it's really getting to the follicles when I do that. In fact it gives a slightly burning sensation, which i like now!

I’ve been using this hairguard dermaroller for about a month now. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The needles are sharp, and yes they are definitely needle as opposed to stamped metal.
