I use this instead of minoxidil with the big 3 and the combo has worked really well for me. Hard to tell how well it would work by itself but I'm not changing anything for the foreseeable future.

It's not that comfortable to wear it, but I'm sure it works and I have recommended it to my brother. I don't care if you're for or against using the FDA approved treatments but for me this works and it will help almost everyone who is starting to see their hair thin out.
