Seeing some improvement, I can't say if thats from the roller which I've been using twice per week for 7 weeks now, or if it's from the other things I've been doing (stress reduction, shower filter, diet changes) but I'm positive it's helping.

If you're only using minoxidil you really are missing out on a lot of results - get one of these and it makes it 5 times more effective!

This is a good dermaroller. In the past I tried a 1.5mm needle length, but it was very painful. I prefer this 1mm length best.

Combine this shampoo and the hairguard scalp brush and you will notice a difference in how your scalp and hair feels. Mine used to be very dry and flaky, and now that's completely cleared up. My hair feels thicker and I think the bald spot on my crown is filling in, although it's difficult to tell for sure.

Im a NW1 so my hair loss is very small at this stage, but I'd rather it didn't go back any further. I've been using the roller preemtively as it's shown to promote growth in the longer term. From my experience it can help but I needed to apply a fair amount of pressure before i got results.

Super simple to use and really gets the scalp going. I can feel a big difference when I apply a serum afterward—it seems to work much better.
