As a guy I gave this a go after I started noticing more hair falling out in the shower than usual. After using it for a couple months my hair is definitely thicker, and also softer. I started losing my hair after my pregnancy. The hair loss become very noticeable at the top of my head where my hair parts. The width of the parting was great bigger and bigger. I finally decided I had to do something about it and started doing some research onine. The hairguard systemworks well for me, I noticed the width of the parting getting smaller and my hair regaining some of its bounce.

I've been using these 3 for over a year now, back in march I stopped using all 3 for a month (due to going on holiday) and after a couple of weeks I noticed a lot more hair falling out again. Just clumps in the shower. I will keep using these for a long time now.
