After trying biogaine and having a good result I wanted to give the other products a go too so I purchased the package. For me they work well together. I am happy with how my hair is growing and will continue to use.

I use it 5 times a week for ten minutes per session, usually I'll just inflate and deflate every minute or so, so it's not so much work on the hand. The key for me was placing it correctly on my head so it doesnt slip off. That way you get a much better grip and a bigger pump, so to speak.

So far so good. Excellent customer service. The support was quick to reply and very helpful. They recommended a meal plan which has helped improve my diet and I also installed a shower filter which helped enormously. I can't say the results were down entirely to the affect of the Growband loosening my scalp, but Im quite sure that it has made a difference.
