It took an age to arrive out here in Canada but my hair has made an improvement already. It seems like hair loss from vitamin D deficiency, not seeing the sun here in the winter months could be a real thing.

My hair feels softer but at the same time thicker since I started using these. Biogaine is good. I use it at night time and wash it out in the morning.

Unlike when I used minoxidil it has't made me shed. It has made the hair on top thicker, on the sides I didnt notice much difference yet.

It never occured to me to exfoliate the scalp, but now that I've been using this brush i can tell that it's making a huge difference. At first it made my scallp a bit more greasy, but after around a week it felt noticeable healthier. Plus my hair less was greasy and also I had less dandruff too

This is a useful little brush. I vigorously brush my scalp before applying the scalp elixir each evening and it really helps remove and dandruff, and helps the liquid penetrate into the epidermis. It also helps massage and invigorate the scalp throughout and remove tension.
