Packaging is terrible but product is good

Two out of three horses don’t like it and will push the top layer of feed out of the dish before eating. Stirring it in makes them reluctant to eat their ration at all. Too bad as it seems to be good stuff, and the third horse eats it without problem.

The order went fine, shipping in a timely fashion and received in good condition. However, on the product itself, my horse simply does not like it. This is the second time I’ve tried it. He does not like the smell or the taste. So, I end up giving far less than ideal just to get it used. Meaning, it really cannot be delivering the expected benefits and I cannot comment on any positive results, unfortunately.

The one comments I have is that the dispensing system leaks and so I am looking product because it drips.

Great product and I love the oil, but this winter we have had a problem with mice being able to choose through the packaging and leak oil all over our feed room

Delivery of the items took way longer than it should have. I love the W-3 oil, however, my horse refuses to eat the Omenity and I’ve heard that issue from a lot of other people. Perhaps you should work on the taste of it so that the horses will actually eat it.

Getting too expensive to be sustainable. Put a measuring system on the dispenser and it would be much better. We have to pour into your competitors bottles to use a pump

Love the product, hate the packaging. Once the oil starts to get low in the bag, you have to manhandle/squeeze the bag to get the oil out. When you have more than one horse who gets this, it gets pretty old. While I appreciate the “less plastic” approach, this does not work.
